Starting this October in Takoradi, Youth Alive! print version will engage youth in the Western Regional Capital of Takoradi to product the content of the next issue of YA! This is the beginning of a process of adding 5 other regions to the YA!Project.

This phase of the project is funded by the Democracy and Goverennce window of the Open Society Inititive for West Africa (OSIWA). The remaining regions that will be added to the programme are:

1. Cape Coast (Central Region),
   
2. Ho/Kpandu (Volta Region),
   
3. Bolgatanga (Upper East Region),
   
4. Wa (Upper West Region),
   
5. Kofridua (Eastern Region) and
6. Sekondi/Tarkoradi (Western Region)
   

By  running training sessions in the sox regions, we hope to bulid a cadre of  enthusiastic youth who wil lead in reporting community action and change.
